So there I was, waiting at the embassy for my Afghanistan visa Invitation, thinking how the heck am I gonna get this sorted? I searched online and, no joke, Kite Travel popped up first. Wow! We had a wonderful 5-day family trip to Kabul and Herat with Kite Travel. Everything was perfectly arranged, and most importantly, it felt very safe the entire time. Our guide was caring and always made sure we were comfortable. One of our best memories was walking through the old bazaar together, people were so kind, and the atmosphere was full of life. I will never forget Kite Travel Boutique! On my arrival in Afghanistan, they surprised me with a beautiful box of flowers; such a warm and thoughtful welcome. During the Kabul to Bamyan route, I saw a rare hot spring with steaming water right in the middle of nowhere, it was fascinating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I joined Kite Travel Boutique’s Kabul Food Tour last weekend and it was amazing! We started around 10 in the morning near Chicken Street and tried fresh bolani from a small street stall, still warm and crispy. Then we walked through the market filled with the smell of naan and spices. For lunch we had kabuli pulao and mantu in a cozy local resturant where the guide shared stories about Afghan food and culture. We had a great experience with Kite. They met us at the border from Iran, and followed through until we left Afghanistan at the border with Tajikistan. We had a fabulous trip to Afghanistan. The country is vast and beautiful and the people are friendly and welcoming. Kite Travel were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They assisted in obtaining our visas and other necessary documents and provided an excellent guide and driver, so that we were able to experience the modern and the old, and the diversity of the people and places, from Kabul to Bamyan to Herat.
